Privacy policy

This policy covers veridosebio.com, our marketing website. It explains what we collect when you visit or contact us, and what we do with it. It does not cover the Veridose product, which will have its own terms agreed with each customer.
What we collect
When you use the contact form or email us: your name, email address, organization if you give it, who you're reaching out as, and your message.
When you visit: we don't use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies of our own. Our hosting provider processes standard technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How we use it
- To reply to you and follow up on what you asked about.
- To keep a record of conversations with prospective design partners and investors.
- To keep the form free of spam.
We don't sell your information or use it for advertising, and we won't add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who helps us
We use a small number of service providers, who process information only to provide their service to us:
- Cloudflare hosts the site, forwards email sent to our addresses, and runs Turnstile, which checks that form submissions come from a person.
- Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Our email provider stores the messages we receive.
These providers may process data in the United States and other countries.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages for as long as we need them to talk with you, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act may give you further rights. Email hello@veridosebio.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Health information
Please don't send patient or other health information through this website. The form isn't designed for it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
